Privacy Policy for iDared 32bit

This privacy policy explains why iDared 32bit ("the App"), an emulator, collects no data.
1. No Data Collection
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data about you. Specifically, the App does not include:
- Analytics or usage-tracking software
- Crash-reporting services that transmit data off your device
- Advertising networks or ad identifiers
- User accounts, sign-in, or any form of authentication
- Any server that the App communicates with on our behalf
Everything the App does — loading an app file, emulating it, and rendering its output — happens locally on your device. We have no server infrastructure that the App talks to, and no way to see what you run in it.
If the App crashes, it may write a crash log to your device's local storage to help with debugging. This log stays on your device — the App does not upload it anywhere. (Separately, iOS itself may offer to share diagnostic data with Apple and, optionally, app developers; that sharing is controlled entirely by your device's own Privacy & Security settings, not by the App.)
2. Files You Choose to Import
The App lets you import application files (.ipa) that you already own and provide yourself. The App reads these files only to run them locally, using the standard iOS file-picker permissions you grant it. We never receive a copy of these files, and they are never uploaded anywhere by the App.
3. Software You Choose to Run
The App emulates other software that you supply. That emulated software was written by its own, unrelated developers and may (independently of the App itself) have been designed to make network requests — for example, to a game's own now-decommissioned or third-party servers. Any such behavior is part of the emulated software itself, not the App, and is outside our control and outside the scope of this policy. We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of any software you choose to run.
4. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect information from anyone at all.
5. Changes to This Policy
If our data practices ever change — for example, if we add optional crash reporting in a future version — we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above before that change takes effect.
